Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Used or worn products
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Gift cards
Personal care and beauty items (including nails) that have been opened or used
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
